Eine Form des adrenokortikotropen Hormon (ACTH)-abhängigen Cushing-Syndroms (CS), das als endogenes CS bezeichnet wird und durch eine chronische Übersekretion von ACTH aufgrund eines kortikotropen Hypophysenadenoms gekennzeichnet ist.
