Die familiäre Schilddrüsen-Dysfunktion (sog. Dyshormonogenese) ist ein Typ der primären kongenitalen Hypothyreose (s. dort), einem seit Geburt bestehendem permanentem Mangel an Schilddrüsenhormon, verursacht durch angeborene Defekte der Synthese des Schilddrüsenhormons.
