Eine schwere Form der Holoprosenzephalie mit nur einem Hirnventrikel und ohne interhemisphärische Fissur. Schwere kraniofaziale Merkmale können sich als Zyklopie, Ethmozephalie oder Zebozephalie manifestieren.
