Eine seltene Störung der Peroxisombiogenese (die schwerste Variante des PBD-ZSS (Peroxisomenbiogenesedefekte-Zellweger-Syndrom-Spektrum)), die durch neuronale Migrationsstörungen im Gehirn, dysmorphe kraniofaziale Merkmale, ausgeprägte Hypotonie, neonatale Krampfanfälle und Leberfunktionsstörungen gekennzeichnet ist.
