Eine seltene Form der juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis, die durch eine distale und symmetrische Polyarthritis (mehr als 5 Gelenke) mit Vorhandensein von Rheumafaktoren und einer möglichen Entwicklung hin zu Erosionen und Gelenkzerstörung gekennzeichnet ist.
