Eine seltene Form der polyartikulären juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis, die durch eine im Kindesalter auftretende chronische Arthritis unbekannter Ursache gekennzeichnet ist, die bei Krankheitsbeginn fünf oder mehr Gelenke betrifft und keinen Rheumafaktor IgM aufweist.
