Eine seltene systemische Erkrankung mit heterogenem klinischen Bild, die durch nekrotisierende entzündliche Läsionen der mittelgroßen Blutgefäße gekennzeichnet ist. Am häufigsten sind Haut, Gelenke, periphere Nerven und der Gastrointestinaltrakt betroffen.
