Carpenter-Syndrom

Eine seltene syndromale Form der Kraniosynostose mit variabler phänotypischer Ausprägung, die durch Kraniosynostose, Intelligenzminderung, ausgeprägte Gesichtszüge, Anomalien der Finger und Zehen (Brachydaktylie, Polydaktylie und Syndaktylie), Kleinwuchs, angeborene Herzfehler, Skelettdefekte, Adipositas, Genitalanomalien und Nabelbruch gekennzeichnet ist.
