Moebius-Syndrom

Eine sehr seltene angeborene kraniale Dysinnervationsstörung, die durch eine ein- oder beidseitige, nicht-progrediente angeborene Gesichtslähmung (Hirnnerv VII) mit Beeinträchtigung der Augenabduktion (Hirnnerv VI) gekennzeichnet ist. Sie kann auch mit anderen Hirnnervenlähmungen, orofazialen Anomalien und Gliedmaßendefekten verbunden sein.
