Li-Fraumeni-Syndrom

Das Li-Fraumeni-Syndrom (LFS) ist ein seltenes Krebsprädispositionssyndrom, das durch das frühe Auftreten mehrerer primärer Krebsarten wie Brustkrebs, Weichteil- und Knochensarkome (s. dort), Hirntumore und Nebennierenrindenkarzinom (ACC) (s.dort), Leukämien und andere Krebsarten gekennzeichnet ist.
