Eine seltene neurologische Entwicklungsstörung, die durch die klassische Trias aus Agenesie des Corpus callosum (ganz oder teilweise), zentralen chorioretinalen Lakunen und infantilen Spasmen gekennzeichnet ist und fast ausschließlich Mädchen betrifft.
