Eine autosomal-rezessive zerebelläre Ataxie, die durch eine angeborene Fehlbildung des Hirnstamms und eine Agenesie oder Hypoplasie des Kleinhirnwurms gekennzeichnet ist und zu einem abnormalen Atemmuster, Nystagmus, Hypotonie, Ataxie und einer Verzögerung beim Erreichen motorischer Meilensteine führt.
