Eine seltene Erkrankung der Nierentubuli, bei der die Fähigkeit des proximalen Tubulus zur Rückresorption von Bikarbonat aus dem glomerulären Filtrat beeinträchtigt ist, was zu einer hyperchlorämischen metabolischen Azidose führt.
