Gorlin-Syndrom

Eine seltene, autosomal-dominant vererbte Erbkrankheit mit Hamartose, die durch multiple, früh auftretende Basalzellkarzinome (BCC), multiple Kieferkeratozysten und Skelettanomalien gekennzeichnet ist.
