Wieacker-Wolff-Syndrom

Das Intelligenzminderung-Entwicklungsverzögerung-Kontrakturen-Syndrom, früher bekannt als Wieacker-Wolff-Syndrom, ist eine schwere X-chromosomal-rezessive neurologische Entwicklungsstörung, die durch schwere Kontrakturen (Arthrogrypose; siehe diesen Begriff) und Intelligenzminderung gekennzeichnet ist.
