Ein seltenes angeborenes Fehlbildungssyndrom mit beidseitigem Fehlen/Hypoplasie der Speiche bei Vorhandensein beider Daumen und Thrombozytopenie. Weitere Manifestationen können Kuhmilchallergie, Anomalien der unteren Extremitäten, des Herzens und des Urogenitalsystems sein.
