Eine häufigere Form der systemischen Amyloidose, die durch Ablagerungen von Wildtyp-Transthyretin vorwiegend im Herzen und in den Weichteilen (vor allem in der Karpaltunnelregion, im Lumbalkanal und in den Sehnen) gekennzeichnet ist.
