Das Joubert-Syndrom mit oro-fazio-digitalem Defekt ist ein sehr seltener Subtyp des Joubert-Syndroms und verwandter Krankheiten (JSRDs; s. dort) und gekennzeichnet durch die neurologischen Symptome des JS in Verbindung mit oro-fazialen Anomalien und oft Polydaktylie.
