Myzetom

Eine wenig bekannte tropische Infektion, die in Europa selten vorkommt und durch tumorartige subkutane Läsionen gekennzeichnet ist, in denen erregerhaltige Myzetomkörner beobachtet werden können. Myzetom ist ein Sammelbegriff für Aktinomyzetom (bakteriell) und Eumyetom (pilzlich).
