Eine seltene Entwicklungsstörung während der Embryogenese, die durch multiple Gelenkkontrakturen (Arthrogrypose), ein maskenhaftes Gesicht mit Blepharophimose, Mikrognathie, hochgewölbten oder gespaltenen Gaumen, tief angesetzte Ohren, verminderte Muskelmasse, Kyphoskoliose und Arachnodaktylie gekennzeichnet ist.
