Urethra-Duplikation
Eine seltene angeborene Anomalie des Urogenitaltraktes, die ein breites Spektrum anatomischer Varianten umfasst, bei denen die Harnröhre teilweise oder vollständig doppelt angelegt ist. Dies kann asymptomatisch sein oder zu Symptomen wie Inkontinenz, wiederkehrenden Harnwegsinfekten und Schwierigkeiten beim Wasserlassen führen.
