Eine genetisch bedingte thrombotische Mikroangiopathie, die auf einer Dysregulation des alternativen Komplementwegs beruht und durch die Trias aus hämolytischer Anämie, Thrombozytopenie und akuter Nierenfunktionsstörung gekennzeichnet ist.
