Cystinose

Eine lysosomale Erkrankung, die durch eine Anhäufung von Cystin in den Lysosomen gekennzeichnet ist und Schäden in verschiedenen Organen und Geweben verursacht, insbesondere in den Nieren und Augen. Es wurden drei klinische Formen beschrieben: die infantile nephropathische, die jvenile nephropathische und die okuläre Cystinose.
