Nemalin-Myopathie, kongenitale schwere

Die schwere kongenitale Nemalin-Myopathie, eine schwere Form der Nemalin-Myopathie (NM; siehe dort), ist bei Neugeborenen gekennzeichnet durch schwere Muskelhypotonie und einen Mangel an Spontanbewegungen.
