Eine seltene Entwicklungsstörung während der Embryogenese, die durch kongenitale lipomatöse Überwucherung, komplexe und progressive kombinierte vaskuläre Fehlbildungen, die den Rumpf betreffen, und epidermale Nävi gekennzeichnet ist.
