Die autosomal-rezessive Palmoplantarkeratose mit kongenitaler Alopezie (PPK-CA) ist eine seltene Genodermatose. Neben den beiden namengebenden Symptomen ist die Erkrankung in der Regel mit Katarakt, progredienter Klinodaktylie und Pseudo-Ainhum (Daktylolyse) assoziiert.
