Das Opsoklonus-Myoklonus-Syndrom (OMS) ist eine seltene neuroinflammatorische Krankheit des Kindesalters. Es ist gekennzeichnet durch Opsoklonus, Myoklonus, Ataxie, Verhaltens- und Schlafstörungen und tritt entweder im Gefolge eines Neuroblastoms als paraneoplastisches Syndrom oder nach einer viralen Infektion auf.
